You read the General's words regarding the facts. I further told you that he was on CSPAN where he said...and I paraphrase...that the readiness issue is due to training, equipment and personnel issues.

Now for you to verify the why of the what would only take you a few minutes, assuming that your IQ is greater than a fence post. But perhaps this is where I have over rated you?

No it is you that stands by that definition. I say that lies can be told by using different bits of the truth mixed in with "things that we don't really know" to make for a powerful WMD...weapon of mass deception.

The effectiveness of that deception can be truly measured when polls of the American people say that 7 out of 10 Americans believed that Saddam was responsible for 9-11.

Bush is highly versed in the ways of deception. Libby's lies to the FBI and the grand jury underline the basic philosophy of this administration...

If at first you don't deceive, lie, lie again...
