It's funny, the Libby indictment and the on going investigation is a Rorschach test... everybody sees in it what they want to see (absent much specific information).

"Impeached and removed from office will do."

Fitzgerald has shown some interest in Dubya.

Mr. Fitzgerald was spotted Friday morning outside the office of James Sharp, Mr. Bush's personal lawyer. Mr. Bush was interviewed about the case by Mr. Fitzgerald last year. It is not known what discussions, if any, were taking place between the prosecutor and Mr. Sharp. Mr. Sharp did not return a phone call, and Mr. Fitzgerald's spokesman, Randall Samborn, declined to comment.

Maybe but I don't think so. Fitzgerald is saying this is not about the war, but the cover up over a leak. Bush may have know about the cover up but I doubt he knew about the leak. If Fitzgerald is unwilling to go after the whys behind our going to war, there is nothing else with which to nail Bush. Like with so many things in DC, the talking heads got everyone worked up over something that is somewhat worse than Clinton's BJ. It looks as if the damning stuff that could bring down a presidency will be left alone.
