1998 is completely irrelevant to what's happening now and what was the case in 2002-2003 when Bush-Cheney lied to the nation and congress and took us into a hasty ill-prepared war and occupation. What resulted was a quagmire and a situation where the terrorists took full advantage. Bush actually helped the terrorists in a huge way at our expense.

Especially after Bush goaded them on to atttack our troops with the infamous line "bring it on!" How many US troops did that get killed? Why the majority of troops now disapprove of Bush-Cheney.
