JF, The political "realists" believe you "do something" when it is very clearly in your self interest and doesn't cost more than you can afford. Essentially, you do smart things. True, true. Like I said before, I'm still wondering about how much "safer" we are now with the extra bureaucracy called the "Department of Homeland Security." As for Iraq, I'm still waiting for the day when Bush says, "OK, let's start bringing our men home." I sure hope that isn't too long from now. Tenchusatsu
