Clinton and Congress in 1998 decided to remove Saddam.

But they did NOT advocate :

- a pre-emptive invasion based on lies
- an invasion without a lot of prominent allies
- an invasion with so few troops
- an invasion with troops so ill-equipped

All they advocated was to provide moral and some financial and possibly some arms support to the Iraqis opposed to Saddam.

Nobody could have dreamed up and achieved this much of a F-UP. Please don't take credit away from Dumbya!
