Absolutely, I can see the basis for hostility. But the fact is that you can't create a culture that loves death and hope to have any future for that culture. And that is what the Palestinians and Arabs have done. The Israelis have create a culture that loves life, even though they have been embattled for 60 years in Israel and millenia prior. That makes me respect the Israelis and disdain the Palestinians. You can't help but love the people that fight for their lives and triumph over all odds, but you can't help but hate the loser that doesn't do anything to help themself and blames everyone else for their problems.
