* A $100 million investment in the Discovery Times Channel, which has failed to gain traction with viewers. No wonder. Like the NYT, many of the Discovery Times Channel's offerings smack of same smarmy liberal bias, revisionist history & Bush Derangement Syndrome that is regularly seen in the Times disguised as "news". When you offend 1/2 of your potential viewers with propaganda disguised as "history", your chances of widespread success is severely limited.
