freerepublic.com Nice full transcript of the press conference there. Really, I should ask for your link first. Aren't I nice? I didn't find the link to the transcript from Congress yet. You've seen the quotes in my post, you should simply be recognizing that whereas you said the meaning of this was that we were going backwards, you were wrong; the General made no remark indicating such as the explanation, instead the expanation was specifically that evaluation parameters were changing, in so many words, as I rather expected (you might have too, yet you seemed at best to have feigned not comprehending the possibility, IMHO, and even blasted me as if to say that what you'd posted ruled it out - it did not, as I'd maintained all along). You also failed to note the 100 Battalions, which clearly demonstrates that we've been going no where but up in the last year or two, and the forces involved only get more experienced. You should be very heartened that 1 or 3 Battalions are not all we have operating, there are 100 instead. I know you'd commented that this concerned you. Dan B.
