Yep. It's just people being people and doing what they do when there's a power vacuum and oil money to grab.

This time though Old Europe declined to be involved so it's fair to blame it all on the Bushies, the Neocons, the expat Iraqis and the Brits.

Oh yeah, I'm sure Iran had a hand in this as well but they've played it better than anyone. They've lived to see their enemy (that would be us) take out their other enemy (that would be Saddam) and get bogged down in the process.

For this great victory, Iran has paid zippo and are indeed making out like bandits on the tripling of oil prices.
