Interesting. 60 min hasn't aired here on the left coast yet, but it sounds like the employer is taking the position that smoking is a health risk and regulating it as if it was a dangerous substance.......which begs the question--are they also prohibiting drinking? Or how about trans fat? Sodium? Where's the limit?

In at least 20 states,companies have the right to dictate whether a person smokes in their own homes and can force the person to have a test to determine this.

Many are the roads that lead to loss of individual freedom.

Some of them are labelled Perfect Health For All.

Which is particularly hypocritical given that we do not have affordable health care in the US.
