I don't know of any law that states your employer is entitled to have personal medical information about you. In fact, the Health Information Protection Act(HIPAA) was passed for this very reason. Requiring a drug screen is one thing. Requiring that you agree to a test for tobacco as a condition of employment is making employment dependent on a waiver of HIPAA rights. Tell me this isn't legal.

A company is an entity that is created by the owner in most cases. It is not ever meant to be a democracy.
I call mine a democratic dictatorship. I made that up a long time ago. My phrase is:
This company's purpose is to make profits.
That is the only purpose.
