Six U.S. soldiers killed in Iraq

BAGHDAD, Iraq -- The U.S. military said six American soldiers were killed in two bombings Monday, making October one of the deadliest months for U.S. troops in Iraq this year.

In the worst attack, four Task Force Baghdad soldiers died when their patrol struck a roadside bomb in Youssifiyah, 12 miles south of Baghdad, the military said.

My comment: There is surely a better way of fighting the war on terrorism when we know for sure that other nations will also benefit from a victory in the war on terrorism.
