Hi Lance, Thanks for the kind words. I've respect for Eaton from the auto world. Varian has had a long run and therefore a lead. How many times have you seen a ni9ce niche get company. All Acls must have is a good forward design that has advantages and the wave (300mm) could be their day in the sun. I do believe it is yet to happen and the jury is out. At this point it sure is an underdog and must be attractive to pick up at a discount by at least the other competitors (Varian and Amat) Bob
