A person's recollection several months after a conversation being completely different is not lying or an obstruction of justice. If Libby did not hide the identity of those he talked with, there is no obstruction. Nothing Libby said as recollected by those identified was criminal.

"there is no logic in an obstruction of justice charge"

I do believe poor poor fitz will not be able to prove anything with even cursory probability of reality. This is a case of he said, he said and nobody said anything criminal.

"I think most Americans think that lying under oath warrants being charged if it can be proven. But you, on the other hand say otherwise."

LOL - Most Republicans said that during the 1990's. Democrats have only come around to that way of thinking in the last week. Your sudden conversion engenders no more respect than Republicans who shifted with the wind to say that Libby was ok to lie to a grand jury.
