Global server market share data from IDC and Dataquest
doesn't come out until 7 to 8 weeks after the end of the
quarter. Expect 3Q results roughly Nov 20 +/- a few days.

You are extremely confused. AMD went from near zero percent of the server market to over 12% in since the introduction of the Opteron. They seem to continue their gains on quarterly basis.
