Former Senator John Kerry admitted that Clinton made some mistakes too, yet he voted to legalize lying under oath (as did every Democrat Senator). I take your protestations of moderation with a grain of salt. Lewis Libby has been charged, he has not been convicted. In this country we have a presumption of innocence. In the liberal press this is predictably not being honored.

Raping a woman is an evil criminal act. Flashing a woman is an evil criminal act. having sex with an intern is stupid and has elements of evil. It also may have violated work, government property laws. Asking monica to lie was evil and stupid and criminal. And a judge found that to be the case and mr. bill never contested that finding. Having a conversation is not evil or stupid. Not remembering several months after the conversation the contents of the conversation is not evil or stupid. The other parties all indicate nothing evil or stupid was said during the conversation. Fitz has said nothing criminal was said during the conversations. I can see only Fitz alleging lies and I find that a stupid allegation.
