No, I'm not going to rail against that. That's a fine definition of injustice.

So, to put it in context, you're saying that a moral right without the power to assert it is valuable, after all, in that you get to call yourself a victim. OK, I'll buy that. I'll back off "worthless" to "of no practical value." <g>

Like I said, you're probably a legal positivist.

Dunno about the legal label. Just being pragmatic.
