I agree....some of their points are laughable. They seem to have decided to throw as much mud as possible to see what sticks.

The problem is that it is tough to make companies pay for this type of behaviour. If they were inclined to not license Broadcom, it would play right into the abuse of monopoly charges. Perhaps accelerate the integration of Bluetooth RF chips directly into the baseband?

Of course, you probably shouldnt make product decisions based on getting revenge <g>.
