DPI loses a penny a share in the last quarter, and had 80.7M cash...and they estimate cash at the end of 2005 "will be in excess of $75.0 million" 'absent any further M&A activities, restructuring activities or stock repurchases' This is as clean as they come, a gift, trading for cash. Trading off a dime today... morons. Now all I need is events which leverage this move into drug_like_natural_product synthesis stuff that I've been reading about. I'll keep reading papers about it, some of it is starting to stick. Chemical space is huge...a small molecule for each protein...a chicken in every pot! Heh--well at least the shares are free...
