mrs. bill did leave a known abuser in positions that enabled mr. bill to continue to abuse woman. FDR did not have in place men who could foresee Japans attacks. mr. bill did leave in place binnie to attack and attack and attack and do 911. hitler did not have in place men who could foresee that hoax of the Calais invasion. The Pope did not have men in place who understood the depth of addiction to sex and the consequences. It is idiotic to suggest the Catholic Church had any policy to allow abuse or condone abuse. Or is it mr. bill had a policy to let known terrorist continue so as to allow 911.
