Arnold and Co have destroyed employees in Kalifornia...Ther is no reason to have employees in the Banana Republic of Kalifornia. Everyone should lay off all their employees immediately and hire them as independent contractors.... Avoiding the 5-30 percent worker's comp system all together....Sure it puts the employees at risk but who cares.... (the only people who benefit from the workers' compensation system in california are the flesh eating jackasses who administrate it.)...but i digress... It also saves 7.51 percent of the employers portion of FICA/Medicare... It also saves 3-5 percent towards unemployement insurance... After 1-2 years just refile as a new corporation and stay ahead of the game.... To hell with the system. To hell w/ supporting the flesh eating state workers' who administrate the beaurocratic sesspool.
