Every time there's an investigation looming the energy thieves pack up their ill-gotten gains and go into hiding. This has nothing to do with refineries. The price spikes have been going on since June 2000. We have plenty of refining capacity, they just use that an as excuse. In fact Big Oil has been trying to shut down refineries to decrease competition and jack up prices even more. Big Oil and Bushies are a pack of corrupt thieves and liars. They're also at war with our environment, despite their BS feel-good Tv commercials.
