Actually, it was a response to his attack. It all started because Wilson himself went around telling people the Vice President sent him to Niger. Since Cheney didn't know the twit from a hole in the wall, what do you expect him to do? He simply found out who sent him.

I would call that stupid too totally dishonest representation of the facts of wilson that is so typical of your posts. wilson went on a secret mission mission for the CIA as a convert operative. wilson outed himself and his mission. wilson misrepresented what he found, who was really behind sending him and made up opinions about documents. The wife of a self outed covert agent will never be a covert agent again and is still working for the CIA. I see no harm or foul.
