Roberts played the role of Rehnquist in the mock trial of that blow to democracy. It's time NOW to have everyone you know write every senator and congressman and PAC and 527 and media outlet to filibuster and shut down the government if it comes to it. The rightwing whacko minority is out for a fight and they may or may not get it. It's hard to tell based on what little I've seen of Scalia Lite. At least it's not that freak Rogers Brown who wants to go back to original intent with which, as a black woman, she'd be a slave.
