Absolutely. Congress is derelict in its duty to provide BALANCE OF POWER and to accept the responsibility to declare war. It's made Bush KING. Disgusting isn't it? Don't these people know what they're doing? Did Congress get up and protest against Rice's statement about going to war whenever the Bush administration felt like it against anyone it decided was involved in perpetual war against terror? This isn't just the spineless Dems, it's also the conspiratorial Republicans. I think at least a tiny proportion of Republicans actually believes in the US Constitution...let's hope.
