Eve,

"Falling on the butterside" is not good.

"I never had a piece of toast
Particularly long and wide
But fell upon the sandy floor
And always on the buttered side."
James Payne, 1884

This was a parody of a hopelessly sentimental poem:

I never nurs'd a dear gazelle,
To glad me with its soft black eye,
But when it came to know me well
And love me, it was sure to die.
- Thomas Moore

Not quite - we pay full boat on our U.S. taxes, with the 15% as a credit if the stock is in a taxable account.
