Highly unlikely. Yes, it is possible - he refused to slam the door on it as any good prosecutor would. But that is not the way this stuff happens.

It is amazing that this guy might have lied to a federal prosecutor and before a Grand Jury. For an experienced attorney to do this is a crime of stupidity if nothing else -- just amazing.

But Fitz. made it pretty clear that's all he has.

I believe Fitz. did an excellent job and was, at all times, impressive in his demeanor. A total professional.

But if he had anything on Rove you would have seen it.
