I too took a bite at 4.03/share. They appear to have $3 in cash, I think it is oversold.

If it pops up , I may sell and try to buy back a couple of times.

bank america analyst reduced price target from $18 to $5 (excludes $1net cash &$1 for nicvax). My 60 second analysis indicated a target of $5. I'm down 30cents/share in daytrade, he probably will lose his job. what a mess.
