The end of the first gulf war was the result of having a broad based coalition, removing Saddam wasn't in the agreement.

It seems those are desire to have left saddam insane in power buying off officials and murdering use whatever blather they wish.

And when it comes to planning force strength to accomplish a mission, PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH and his team do a outstanding job.
