Joe wilson should be tried for perjury. He admitted he used drugs in the 60's and i'm sure his CIA application asked if he had EVER done drugs. So he must have lied on his application

Some read the Constitution like the bible - literally word for word, with no room for the meaning or intent.

Patrick Henry did that. He tried to keep Congress from building a road noting that the word "build" wasn't in the Constitution and claiming that if the Framers had intended to build a road they would have said so. He lost.
