Excuse me sir. Do you know what the word DILUTION means???? What did they "get" for the 110,000,000 shares??? They got MONEY. What do those investors get? Do they get a piece of the 300,000,000 share float. NO! THEY ADDED TO THE FLOAT. GET IT. You want answers that lead to knowledge? WATCH THE FLOAT INCREASE AS THE SHARES ARE DILUTED. When will you recognize the answer when the float is at 1 billion shares???? We are 100,000,000 shares UP in about one week, FOLLOWING A CLEVER PR!!! A POSITIVE (clever) PR FOLLOWED BY THE DUMPING OF OVER 100 MILLION SHARES. What "impression" does that leave you with??? An IMPRESSION something crooked is going on??? lol. Going on, on, on gone. Maybe when this R/S again you'll wake up. If I knew Shakespeare I'd quote him here...It dosn't matter what they say they are diluting for...Dilution is toxic financing if it can even be considered as such. Toxic being the operative word. It's the flip side of reverse split.

To do BOTH is schizoid, IMHO. If you choose to do both, and I think you do (!), may I suggest that at least you attempt to answer the above questions. To not do so leaves the impression there is something crooked going on. There may be. There may NOT be. Did you miss the point of the "chubby" board box? THIS STOCK IS SCHIZOID! I have called the company at least 12 times. They won't talk about the REGDEX...they said it would be insider trading. Furthermore, why would I ask Naseem about financing when her title is: Director of Programming & Creative Dirrector? Here's the deal. I want this stock to go up more than anyone. I would dare say I have put more work into this Enigma than the rest of the investing world combined. For the record, I THINK the product is real, Mark intends to deliver it, Erikson will make it happen, Naseem is very good at her job, AND they have been diluting in order to finance this project. Will it stop? I DON'T KNOW and they ain't telling. That's the name of the game with these pennystocks. I hope this stock goes up more than anyone...and if they are through, it will.
