Hot off the press - San Diego real estate activity for Oct 2005
(this is definitely going to change as more results are entered in the next few days)

As of this morning, Oct 05 has 2458 closings at an avg asking price of $662,444 and an avg sold price of $630,231. Oct 05 has 2,844 sales pending.

Sept 05 had 3486 closings at avg price of $627,060.
Oct 04 had 3356 closings at avg price of $572,876.

Nov 04 had 3133 closings so it is most likely that Nov 05 is not going to match Nov 04 sales volume.
