OT Not exactly, Michael. 10B5-1 plans are a little different from a lockup period which also applies to non-employees. You can find lockup provisions in the IPO prospectus on Edgar if you search for the term "lock-up". But both have the same effect--a supply of shares from insiders that may temporarily flood the market depending on underlying demand.
