The dems love to get the public hooked on the gov't spigot... You know, vote for me and I'll see you're every need is met... Dude, I think you are confusing assistance that helps the poor with GOP pork. This year the GOP has outdone itself....they are have cooked up some roast pork, some pork tenderloin, some pork chops, some pork sandwiches, some pork ribs, some pork steaks............there is so much pork, there was no money left over for the regular budget items. In the last five years, the GOP has produced so much pork, they have a new name for the party........however, the initials are still same: GOBS of PORK!
