Well, it's really old news...we were told this was "likely' in the 10K...not that I particularly like it but SGI has been trading as "penny" for some time now.

The basic fundamentals are the same and the issues are the same. Can SGI make a turnaround? Will it go into partnership with someone else?

Anyone still around must believe SGI will survive...of course I am speaking of those interested in seeing it survive and not the bears and ghouls.
