Fitzgerald refered to Rove as Official A. That person is under serious investigation and may be indicted within weeks. That person is guilty but hanging up his own indictment with a lame "I don't remember" claim. Cheney is stated as the one giving Plame's ID to Libby. So what did Cheney tell Libby to do about it? Libby went ahead and leaked the ID, so was he following orders or just doing it on his own? Conspiracy charges could result against Cheney.
