I just find Hawkie's casting of anyone who thinks the Iraq war is a giant, ongoing mistake as "unpatriotic" as offensive. After all, this is a mercenary being paid (how much he's too embarrassed to say) for participating in the misery. He's got a direct financial stake in the Iraq war going on as long as he wants to suck money from it. Why should I believe he stands for anything but his own greed? If he were an American soldier, I'd cut him some slack. He's a mercenary. Who knows? After this gig, he may be fighting for Mugabe!

He's probably too young to have caught the domino theory the first time around! Maybe if he had, he'd be a LITTLE more skeptical.
