I guess it depends on the terms of the license. If the license is "very low" would you consider investing in Roche when they decide to invest again in vaccine viruses?

I do think the US govt ought to build a plant in the US and make Tamiflu under a license. I am shocked to read that Roche is refusing to license manufacture since it can't make enough.

Is it not true that US law allows the manufacture of any patented product
that the patent holder cannot make enough of to satisfy demand?
