Hi Dak: Good to hear from you. Hope the markets have treated you well. Also glad to hear that GSL has produced some appreciation for you. All of us had to be patient with it but in the end the pay-day was excellent. (g) I have been a bit "earlie" again on some of my tech-related positioning this fall (puts/shorts), but some are starting to pay off (Dell, INTC, TXN, etc). I will stick with them, as I expect ballooning inventories to crush the sector at or before Christmas and crummy retail sales to put icing on the cake. Also had a decent ride on the homies and mortgage providers but cleared in anticipation of the normal pre-Christmas rally. This one is a difficult call as one has to balance a continuing stream of ugly news as the consumer buying implodes, against the market's expectation of a "normal" Christmas rally. Best, Earlie
