Yes, I'm SURE. He was NOT tasked with examining a document to ascertain it's authenticity. (Why, I doubt he even OWNS an electron microscope... nor has access to a lab full of organic chemists with deep experience with world inks....) <GGG> He was sent to INTERVIEW some of the folks in Niger (that he PERSONALLY KNEW, because of a previous State Department posting... MANY years in Africa), then come back and write a short report about what he saw.
