The thing that's kept me from buying this one is that litigation. It goes to the heart of the company. If they don't own the assets, they own nothing. Having had some experience in the litigation area, my feeling is to typically avoid companies that need litigation to survive. E.g., HTDS. One rarely finds winners in the court room outside of the lawyers and their tax accountants. But as a gamble, who knows, could be as good as any I suppose.
