You could have become a new Charles Miller. The day Charles was taken to the cemitery, they drove his coffin in front of Pacaembu Stadium and the referre stopped the game and gave him one minute of silence.

Pacaembu Stadiuum is located in Charles Miller Square.

In 1894, Charles Miller set sail for Brazil. Having played for the Brazilians (the greatest amateur side of all time and St. Mary's (now better know as Southampton), Miller carried in his luggage the possessions that meant more to him than anything else in the world; a book of football rules, a pair of boots and a deflated ball.

When he arrived in Sao Paulo, he quickly discovered that no one knew how to play football. So he taught them.

A hundred and eight years later, Brazil played England in the Shizuoka Stadium, and won 2-1. The English players went home. The Brazilians beat Turkey in the semis, and meet Germany in the final.

If Charles Miller had stayed in Southampton, perhaps the Brazilian national game would be basketball or tennis or waterpolo or cricket or ping-pong. And perhaps the 11 men walking across the grass to face Germany in the summer of 2002 would have been English.

That's what I;m tryin got say: You bring the rule book and we take it on from there! And them we become the best in the world!!!
