You said it was because of the bar being raised...Sorry, put your rubber tape measure away. The bar is set at being able to operate independently from US forces. Only one unit makes that grade. I'll be the first to say that the bar is set high. That's what it takes to make an army. Unfortunately it's going to take a decade at this rate to make it happen, and that's what the Pentagon is planning for...decades. That's over 10,000 US dead for what they have on the table now.
