Update on the MTXX stock fraud: biz.yahoo.com Matrix Initiatives (the former GumTech) is a long-running stock-promotion scheme based on a "Homeopathic" cold remedy named Zicam that the company claims is "clinically proven" to shorten the duration of the common cold. Homeopathy is quackery, and the company's claims are bogus. Zicam is ineffective and may well be dangerous. The company recently settled numerous lawsuits involving plaintiffs who suffered loss of smell after taking Zicam.
