MM--If I recall correctly, the Ericsson suit did not last that long. It really ended before trial, as a result of a Markham (sp?) hearing in which the court advised that QUALCOMM might prevail. It was ONLY THEN, after the court opinion, that QCOM began its stellar ride upward. If there is a parallel here, it means that QCOM could be expected to perform no better than the overall market for the next couple of years--and that is really something to worry about. Art
