I understand your position in regards to class action suits and the associated fees and fines. I agree with all your points and had resigned myself to that fact in the SEXI case until told otherwise by my attorney. Obviously, I hope what he has told me comes to pass. That was the reason I asked in the prior post about your source(s) of information in regards to the pennies/share scenario, as, in this case only, I was told some more optimistic statements. Since you have been following the ICMX/SEXI share purchase scam, when did you find out that the SEXI shares were taken out of the distribution plan?
