That is a good read, only takes a few seconds if you jump right to page 17. If you enjoy reading mindless BS, then read the rest. <gggg>

There are two pieces of news out there that seems to be totally ignored, one being what you linked and the other being the H5N1.

If the mortgage interest limitations pass, it is going to raise taxes for homeowners in all the bubble areas significantly. The homebuilder stocks are ignoring that possibility, at least yesterday and today.

H5N1 is not going away easily. Though I have no idea whether it will be a pandemic or just an overblown scare, I can only guess that some human is going to be infected by some form of this as flu season is around the corner.

CNBC was reporting on some of the control strategies, including limiting all non essential travel. At the same time, some Bears Stearns analyst is upgrading the sector. Is he betting that the Avian Flu is a total non-issue? Is that prudent? Did he forget about what happened with SARS? SARS was mainly Asia. Avian Flu has already made its round to Europe and everything in between.
