never. on rare occasions, communications are lost with the server. I believe that they're exclusively due to ISP glitch. no, never.

Hi Caly, Yes, I experience crashes a number of times a day. My charts are tabbed with different time frames on each tab. When I go from one tab to another, it's not unusual for the chart to not load the data. About a minute later, I get disconnected from the trade server, and have to restart SSP. I've reported the problem a number of times to Schwab's tech support and so far they can't fix the problem. I've been escalated to the next level of tech support and am awaiting a call from them. Is you problem similar to mine? Stock Bull
