Not to worry QCOM investors, “its just business”!!

Should I spend the next two years complaining about it on this board? Will that make me any more money? Does it help anybody else make investment decisions on Qualcomm?

My answer is no to all of those questions.

to a certain degree you are correct that a p/e contraction could take place, however it will be due to a lack of earnings visibility that has affected the price of the stock over the last several years. I believe that as earnings accelerate(if we believe the complaint that billions are at stake here) the share price of Q will as well. If Q could provide clarity on the worst possible outcome all the better. With over 80% of the company in institutional and employee hands I believe strong earnings will drive the stock price significantly higher.
