I'm seeing hiring all over the place these days. It's a myth that corporations would prefer to hire cheap foreign labor over U.S. citizens or permanent residents. That may be true in several cases, but it's nowhere near widespread as you claim. Foreign workers are simply necessary to fill in gaps that cannot be easily and quickly filled by U.S. workers.
